Individual Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re navigating anxiety, processing past experiences, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. I provide a supportive, grounded space for children, teens, and adults to feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Together, we focus on:
Building practical coping skills
Strengthening emotional regulation
Improving self-worth and identity
Creating lasting, sustainable change
Therapy is a space to begin untangling what feels heavy and reconnecting with a stronger sense of self. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Children and teens often express emotional distress through behavior, mood changes, or withdrawal. I provide a space where young clients feel safe, understood, and supported in learning how to navigate big emotions.
Areas of focus include:
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Processing trauma or difficult experiences
Building confidence and self-esteem
Strengthening communication and relationships
I also collaborate closely with parents to support progress and foster a more connected, supportive environment at home. My approach is tailored to the developmental needs of each client. This may include play-based and expressive approaches for children and adolescents.
Trauma-Focused Therapy
Healing from trauma requires safety, patience, and a compassionate, evidence-based approach. I specialize in supporting individuals impacted by childhood trauma, abuse, and complex life experiences.
Using approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), CBT, and somatic-based techniques, we work at your pace to:
Process and make sense of past experiences
Reduce emotional reactivity and triggers
Restore a sense of safety and control
Rebuild self-worth and resilience
This work is gentle, collaborative, and always guided by what feels manageable for you.
Parenting Support & Family Guidance
Parenting can be deeply meaningful—and also incredibly challenging, especially when a child is struggling emotionally or behaviorally.
I support parents in:
Understanding their child’s emotional world
Strengthening connection and communication
Navigating behavioral or trauma-related challenges
Creating a more supportive and emotionally safe home environment
Clinical Supervision
As a Qualified Supervisor, I provide supportive, growth-oriented supervision for MHC & MFT registered interns working toward licensure.
My supervision style emphasizes:
Building clinical confidence and identity
Strengthening trauma-informed and evidence-based skills
Ethical decision-making and clinical judgment
A supportive space for learning and professional growth
